Royal Mail Express Delivery - £1.95

Best choice if you're in a rush and want your product quicker. For a small amount, you can receive your order as fast as 24h. Deliveries with this method will be made only from Monday to Saturday. Please note during peak times, such as Christmas, it may take longer.

Compensation for late deliveries
PLEASE NOTE: Late deliveries are unfortunately beyond our control. For any questions please use the contact form or live chat. If your order is delivered late, heySHOP will refund you any shipping charges, unless your order has been delivered via the FREE Standard Delivery service. heySHOP will not offer any compensation for consequential losses e.g. time spent to collect the item. If your EU order is delivered late, we cannot offer you any late delivery compensation or any other consequential losses caused by the late delivery.
Lost parcels
heySHOP uses Royal Mail and UPS as delivery services. There are very rare cases when a parcel gets lost completely during transit. If this occurs, we apologise for the inconvenience and we ask for your patience to resolve the issue. In case your parcel has been lost during transit, heySHOP will refund your order amount and file a lost parcel case with the delivery company to recover the compensation. Please note that if a parcel gets lost, heySHOP will have to open a case with the delivery company, and we cannot take any action until we receive confirmation that the parcel was lost. Once we receive confirmation from the delivery company, we will process your refund.

myHermes - 10 working days to confirm a lost parcel
myHermes International - 21 working days to confirm a lost parcel
You can return your item, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank / Paypal account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@heyshop.co.uk.
Sale items*
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please select the "Send a replacement" option in the returns form.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Please allow up to 10 working days for your replacement item to arrive.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returning an item
To return your product, please send it back to the address provided after you've completed the returns form. If you are returning an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Please note: If you are returning glass screen protectors, these must be returned in the same packaging as received. We will not refund any glass screen protectors that may arrive damaged.
