Delivery

 
How do I track my order??

At the time of dispatch we will provide you with a tracking number (if applicable) for your order. If you don't receive your tracking number within 2 working days, please contact us. Please note there are some items that will be sent with a non tracked service, such as items under £20. In this case you cannot track your order, but the delivery window will be between 1-5 working days.

 
How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the item and the value of the item you order. All domestic (within UK Mainland) orders take between 1-5 working days to arrive. We carefuly select the best carrier/service to provide you with the fastest delivery and best price. International orders can take between 5-10 working days to be delivered.

 
When is my order dispatched?

Most orders we receive before 12PM from Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched within the same day. On rare occasions, orders are dispatched the next working day.

 
How can I change my order after it has been placed?

Aiming to provide you with the best and fastest service, we process orders every day. If you've made an error during your checkout process or you simply want to amend your order, please contact us immediately via our Live chat in the bottom right corner or via email through our Contact page.

How do I apply my screen protector?

We have video tutorials showing you how to apply either a tempered glass screen protector or a hydrogel TPU film screen protector. Check out the tutorials here.

 
How do I remove a screen protector from my device?

To remove a hydrogel TPU film screen protector:
1. Use a plastic credit card to lift the film from one of the corners
2. Proceed to lift the screen protector and remove it from the device's screen
3. Clean the display with a microfibre cloth if needed


To remove a tempered glass screen protector:

CAUTION: Eye protection is recommended, especially if the screen protector is damaged!

1. Use a plastic credit card to lift the screen protector from one of the corners
2. Insert the credit card underneath the screen protector, while pushing upwards
3. Once removed, clean the display with a microfibre cloth if needed
*Dispose of the glass screen protector accordingly!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Android/Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal.

 
Is my payment information secured?

Yes. We do not have access to or store any sensitive information from your debit/credit cards or PayPal account. All payments we receive, are processed through Stripe's and PayPal's servers.

 
How do I return an item?

We strive to offer you excellent customer service, but we are aware that sometimes you may want to return your purchase.

That's why we've made returns very easy.

Here is how you can return an item:

  • Contact us via our contact page sending your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return has been approved by one of our members, securely package the product(s) and send them to the address below:

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and process a refund within 5 working days.

Please consider buying a tracked and insured delivery service if you are returning a product of over £20. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels that are returned to us.

 
My card has been declined, what should I do?

First make sure there is enough money in your account and try again. If the problem persists, please get in touch with your bank.
